Not quite right? No problem. You have 28 days to send your order back. You register your return in our portal and pay for the shipping label there — what it costs depends on where you live.

What a return costs

You pay for the return label when you register, in the portal. Nothing is deducted from your refund afterwards.

Is there something wrong with your item, or did we send the wrong one? Then we pay for the return. Please email us first at info@sevenactive.nl — do not use the portal in that case, because you would be paying yourself. We will send you a label.

What to look out for

• Send your return back within 28 days of receipt.
• The items are unworn and unwashed, and the tag is still attached.
• If you try something on, do so with underwear on.
• Return them in the original packaging, or in something that protects them just as well.

You may of course try an item on, just as you would in a shop. Only if you have used it more than is necessary for that, may we charge for the loss in value.

Your money back

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund you within fourteen days via the same method you paid with.

If you return your entire order, you get the full amount back, including the shipping costs you paid when ordering. If you keep part of your order, only the returned items are refunded and the shipping costs of the original delivery remain — those belong to the delivery that did go ahead.

Right of withdrawal

By law you have fourteen days to change your mind after receiving your order. We give you 28, and you do not need to give a reason. No form is required — a message is enough. If you would rather do it formally, please state your name, address, order number, the date of receipt and which items you are returning.
