This privacy policy explains what data we store about you, why we do so, and what your rights are. Last updated on August 20, 2026.

2. What data we collect
- Your order details — name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number, and what you ordered.
- Your payment details — which are processed by our payment service. We never see your full account or card number.
- Your account, if you create one: your login details and order history.
- Data about your visit — your IP address, your browser, and which pages you view. This happens via cookies.
3. What we use them for
- To be able to process and deliver your order — that is the execution of our agreement with you.
- To be able to help you if you have a question or complaint.
- To comply with our legal obligations, such as the retention obligation for the tax authorities.
- To send you our newsletter, but only if you have subscribed to it. There is an unsubscribe link under every email.
4. With whom we share them
Only with parties necessary to fulfill your order:
- Shopify, on which our store runs
- Our payment service, which handles your payment
- PostNL and our shipping partner, to deliver your package
We do not sell your data or pass it on for advertising by others.
5. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the store to function, and cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can decline the latter via the banner you see on your first visit. Declining is as easy as accepting.
6. How long we store them
We store order and invoice data for seven years, as tax law prescribes. We store your account data as long as you maintain your account. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You can always ask us to view, amend, or delete your data. You can also object to its use or request its transfer to another party. Send an email to info@sevenactive.nl; we will respond within one month.
If you cannot resolve it with us, you can submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
8. Security
Our store operates via a secure connection, and only we can access your order details.
